Emanuel Carpenter is the author of "A Job Ain't Nothing but Work" . Carpenter is a fresh new writer whose work has been published by Little, Brown and Company, Bylines Publishing, and the Midwest Book Review.

Carpenter is a cum laude graduate of Capital University. He spent five years with the U.S. Air Force, including tours of duty in Italy and in the Middle East during the Persian Gulf War. Carpenter grew up in both Detroit and in Cleveland where he currently resides with his family. He is currently working on his next book.
